Andrea founded AMP Medical Innovations LLC after 15 years working in surgery. Her experience across ophthalmology and other surgical specialties gives her a practical perspective on visibility, preparation, and the details that shape an operating room's workflow.

Through AMP, she is turning those observations into product concepts and building relationships with companies that can help develop and bring them to market.
